Quality Control

With offices in China, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Vietnam we evaluate all manufacturing units and select only those that are relevant to the client's needs. A key part of our service is "quality control" whereby our personnel work with the client to focus on the critical issues.

Managing the set up and tooling is an important part of the service we offer. Our Project and Quality Control teams work closely with the factories and we only submit 1st off samples to our client once they are happy that the component meets the specification required. Usually the samples are approved first time but occasionally clients make minor amendments as it is important to get the initial specification perfect. This then becomes the bench mark for all future production.

Our quality control team examine all shipments prior to loading. We work closely with our customers to understand the use of the components so that our team focus in on the most important issues.
